Experience the gourmet excellence of Acorn-Fed 100% Ibérico Salchichón (0.4 kg), handcrafted by Fermín’s skilled artisans in La Alberca (Salamanca, Spain). Made from select cuts of purebred Ibérico pigs raised freely in the Spanish Dehesa, its rich flavor comes from a delicate blend of black pepper, white pepper, and nutmeg, and the natural marbling of intramuscular fat.
During the Montanera season (October to March), the pigs roam freely, feeding exclusively on acorns and wild herbs. This unique diet, combined with traditional curing for over 60 days at more than 1,100 meters in the mountain air of the UNESCO-protected Las Batuecas - Sierra de Francia, creates a salchichón with exceptional texture, juicy tenderness, and a refined, aromatic character.
