Refund policy

At Superior Flavors, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our return and refund policy:

Right of Withdrawal

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.
  • After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.
  • The full order amount, including the original shipping costs, will be refunded once the product is received in good condition.
  • Return shipping costs from your home to our webshop are at your own expense and amount to approximately €7.00 per package for the olive oil, wine, pollen and honey; and €20.00 for the meet. Please check the exact rates with your carrier.

To exercise this right, the product must be returned with all included accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.

How to Return a Product
Send an email to contact@superiorflavors.nl with the following information:

  • Your order number.
  • The products you wish to return.
  • The reason for the return (if applicable).

You will receive further instructions from us on how to return the product.

Processing the Refund

  • Once we have received the product in good condition, we will process the refund within 14 days.
  • The refund will be made via the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Exceptions and Depreciation

  • Returns of opened products will not be accepted unless the product is defective or damaged.
  • If the product or packaging is more damaged than necessary to assess it, we may charge a depreciation fee on the refund amount. Please handle the product carefully and ensure it is well-packaged when returning it.

Statutory Warranty
Under consumer protection legislation, our products come with a statutory warranty.

  • If you discover a defect, you must notify us as soon as possible and in any case within 2 months of discovery.
  • Wine and other alcoholic beverages cannot be returned, even if they are defective or damaged, due to health and safety reasons. Please inspect the product carefully before purchasing
  • The warranty does not cover defects caused by accidents, improper use, negligence, poor maintenance, or any other use contrary to the product's intended purpose.
