At Superior Flavors, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Below you’ll find our shipping policy:
Shipping Area
We only ship within the Netherlands.
Shipping Costs
- 1. For the following locations: Maassluis, Maasdijk, Maasland, De Lier, Naaldwijk
- Only honey, pollen, wine or olive oil:
- Free shipping on order over €10
- Orders including cold cuts (embutidos):
- Free shipping on orders of €60 or more
- Orders under €60: €19,95 shipping fee
- 2. Rest of the Nederlands:
- Only honey, pollen, wine or olive oil:
- Free shipping on orders over €30,95
- €5,95 shipping fee for orders under €30,95
- Orders including cold cuts (embutidos):
- Free shipping on orders over €60
- €19,95 shipping fee for orders under €60
Note: As soon as one or more cold cuts are added to your order, the shipping conditions for cold cuts apply to the entire package.
Shipping Times
- The delivery time depends on the chosen carrier.
- We process and ship your order within 24 hours (except on Sundays and holidays).
- For orders containing cold cuts, a longer delivery time applies because these are shipped directly from Spain. Delivery can therefore take up to 10 days.
Shipping of cold cuts
Our cold cuts, such as chorizo, salchichón, lomo, or jamón, are vacuum-sealed and/or cured, and do not require refrigerated shipping. To ensure the quality of these products:
- We preferably ship cold cuts from Monday to Thursday.
- In case of extreme heat, we may decide to temporarily delay shipping.
- Upon delivery, the customer should store the product in a cool, dry place, or follow the instructions on the packaging.
Loss or Damage to the Package
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@superiorflavors.nl.
- Send us photos of the damaged product so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Age verification when purchasing alcoholic beverages
To purchase wine, it is legally required to be at least 18 years old. Upon delivery, you may be asked to present a valid ID to verify your age.
