Discover the crown jewel of Spanish gastronomy Acorn-Fed Jamón 100% Ibérico -Pata Negra, made from 100% purebred Iberian pigs raised freely in the Spanish Dehesa. Crafted by the expert artisans of Fermín in La Alberca (Salamanca, Spain), this ham is naturally cured in mountain air at over 1,100 meters above sea level, in the heart of the Las Batuecas – Sierra de Francia Natural Park, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve.

Their pigs roam freely through the oak forests during the Montanera season (October to March), walking up to 14 kilometers a day and feeding exclusively on acorns, grasses, and wild herbs. This natural lifestyle, combined with their unique genetics, leads to an extraordinary marbling of fat that melts in the mouth and delivers an unmatched flavor.
