Made from the most select cut of purebred Ibérico pigs raised freely in the Spanish Dehesa, it is expertly machine-sliced, vacuum-sealed, and reflects generations of tradition and excellence.
Seasoned with smoked paprika and sea salt, this loin is naturally cured for over 70 days in the mountain air of the UNESCO-protected Las Batuecas - Sierra de Francia. Thanks to the pigs’ acorn-rich diet and active lifestyle—walking up to 14 km daily—it develops perfect marbling, resulting in a lean, silky texture with deep color, delicate aroma, and extraordinary juiciness.
