Made from the finest cut of purebred Ibérico pigs raised freely in the Spanish Dehesa, this loin is seasoned with smoked paprika and sea salt, then naturally cured for over 70 days in the fresh mountain air of the UNESCO-protected Las Batuecas-Sierra de Francia.

Thanks to an acorn-rich diet and daily movement of up to 14 kilometers, the meat develops perfect intramuscular marbling. The result is a lean yet silky texture, deep red color, and extraordinary juiciness with a subtle, distinctive aroma.
