Discover the excellence of 50% Iberico Breed Jamón, a traditional delicacy made from pigs raised on a natural cereal-based diet. Expertly machine-sliced and vacuum-sealed for your convenience, this ham is crafted by the skilled artisans of Fermín in La Alberca (Salamanca, Spain). Each piece is naturally cured in the pure mountain air at over 1,100 meters above sea level, within the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve of Las Batuecas – Sierra de Francia Natural Park.

This ham comes from a cross between a 100% Ibérico pig and a 100% Duroc pig — a combination that results in a leaner product, yet still rich in flavor and beautifully marbled. The slow and natural curing process, combined with this unique environment, gives the ham its soft aroma, delicate texture, and subtly nuanced taste.

  • Colour: Bright red with well-distributed marbling.
  • Texture: Tender and uniform, with fine streaks of intramuscular fat.
  • Taste: Mild and elegant, with hints of grain and a pleasant savory finish.

Gastronomic Recommendations:
Serve thinly sliced at room temperature. Ideal for daily enjoyment, whether on a sandwich, paired with aged cheese, or simply on its own with a splash of olive oil and crusty bread.
