The Combo of Six Honeys is perfect for honey lovers who want to enjoy a variety of flavors, ideal for different occasions and combinations. This package contains our six most outstanding honeys, each with their own characteristics:

• Oak honey and Heather honey: Both dark honeys, complex and rich in nuances, are perfect to pair with grilled meats, especially lamb, pork or poultry. They also go well with aged cheeses or farmhouse bread, enhancing the flavour of robust dishes.
• Eucalyptus Honey and Lavender Honey: Eucalyptus honey has a refreshing menthol flavour that is ideal for infusions and teas, and is particularly suitable for colds or respiratory problems. Lavender honey, with its soft flavour, goes well with natural yoghurt, fresh cheeses or even light desserts, adding a delicate, floral touch to your creations.
• Multifloral Honey and Orange Honey: Flower honey is ideal for sweetening fresh salads, soft cheeses or even cold drinks. Orange honey, with its orange blossom flavour, is perfect for sweetening tea or infusions and enhances the flavour of desserts and pastries, such as pies or cakes.

Available in two sizes: 500g and 1kg.

Our honey is 100% pure and can crystallize naturally. To decrystallize it, heat it in a bain-marie without exceeding 40°C to preserve its properties.
