With each slice, the rich aroma and intense flavor reflect the quality of purebred pigs raised freely in the Dehesa.

During the Montanera season (October to March), these pigs feed exclusively on acorns and wild herbs, developing exceptional intramuscular marbling. Naturally cured for over 60 days at 1,100 meters in the fresh mountain air of the UNESCO-protected Las Batuecas - Sierra de Francia, the result is a chorizo with deep color, juicy texture, and refined complexity.
