Experience the exquisite 50% Ibérico Chorizo, thinly machine-sliced and handcrafted by Fermín’s artisans in La Alberca (Salamanca, Spain). Made from select cuts of 50% Ibérico–50% Duroc pigs raised on a natural cereal-based diet, it’s seasoned with a unique blend of spices for exceptional juiciness and a rich, complex flavor.

Naturally cured for at least 40 days in traditional drying rooms over 1,100 meters high in the mountain air of La Alberca, within the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve of Las Batuecas – Sierra de Francia, this chorizo develops its distinctive aroma, balanced texture, and deep character.

  • Colour: Deep reddish hue with pronounced marbling.
  • Texture: Juicy and firm, finely textured.
  • Taste: Intense and balanced, with warm spicy notes and a subtle smokiness.
